breakfast variety helpful staff shopping access inconsistent cleaning dirty towel multiple calls
The breakfast offered a lot of variety. Everything seemed very fresh each morning. The hotel connected directly to two malls! This made shopping very easy. The staff were helpful and always cute.
I needed to call multiple times for face cloths. The cleaning wasn't consistent as things in the room were not moved. One day I found a dirty towel in the sink. This was after I returned to my room.

my room was spacious it had a seating area I could use. the staff were really helpful and polite at all times. the hotel's connection to the mall was very convenient for shopping.
i found the coffee machine in my room was not working properly it leaked a lot. despite requesting a replacement multiple times it was never resolved . face cloths were not consistently replaced daily by housekeeping.

Excellent Hotel Experience
spacious room useful parking
The room was comfortable and spacious, I had a beautiful king room. Staff was nice and helpful. The location was good near two malls. Valet parking was useful, and the spa center had a sauna and a steam room, which I appreciated.
I needed to call for face cloths every day because they were removed but not replaced. This was a bit annoying. Cleaning could be better because things were not moved in the room.

faulty machine missing amenities
the coffee machine was faulty it leaked everywhere except into the cup i contacted reception then housekeeping i was given another machine this also failed despite confirmations no one answered the phone a shame given the hotel's appearance also i found we were short of three towels and had only one small shower gel tube plus two useless moisturizing cream tubes bathrobes were absent as was a second pair of slippers
